32010: Drive not responding to Read Request (is the drive in the network ?)

Description:
CAN network:
To read a parameter value from the ACOPOS, the NC manager first sends a Read Request telegram from the PLC to the ACOPOS. This error is displayed if the NC manager did not receive the corresponding Read Response telegramm for a specific amount of time after the Read Request telegram was successfully transferred on the CAN bus.

POWERLINK network:
To read a parameter value from the ACOPOS, the NC manager first enters a Read Request telegram in the cyclic POWERLINK frame to the ACOPOS. This error is displayed if the corresponding Read Response telegram has not been entered in the cyclic POWERLINK frame from the ACOPOS after a specific amount of time.

Note:
The INFO is displayed from V1.142 on.

Reaction:
Resets the interface of the corresponding read channel.

Cause/Remedy:
Overload, malfunction or interruption of the network connection or ACOPOS failure.
