36002: Total time for the position loop controller limited to prediction time

Description:
Response error while writing the total delay time for the position controller if the value is smaller than the prediction time.

Reaction:
The total delay time for the position controller is set to the prediction time.

Cause/Remedy:
The total delay time for the position controller is too short.
The configuration sequence is not efficient.
-> The prediction time should first be decreased.
