32427: Trace trigger: Parameter ID zero not allowed if event unequal to OFF

Description:
In the function for saving the trace configuration in MTC format the data of the trace configuration is proofed. If in trigger the parameter ID is zero and the event is not OFF, then this error is indicated.

Reaction:
The function for saving the trace configuration is aborted.

Cause/Remedy:
Correct the data in the trace configuration.
