32283: INIT broadcast data point: Call of NC action only allowed in NC Manager TC

Description:
The NC action for the initialization of a broadcast data point may be called only in that task class, which is defined as task class for the NC manager task in the NC configuration. If this NC action is called in another task class, then this error is indicated.

Reaction:
Processing of the corresponding NC action is aborted.

Cause/Remedy:
Call the NC action for the initialization of a broadcast data point (or the PLCopen MC FB which uses this NC action) in that task class, which is defined as task class for the NC manager task.
