Description:
Runtime error in the encoder hardware monitoring using the 'switch on controller' command or while the controller is active.
The SDC PV 'iLifeCnt' of the encoder interface is not changed with each SDC cycle. The encoder hardware module does not provide new values with each SDC cycle.

The controller can be activated again if the SDC PV 'iLifeCnt' of the encoder interface starts changing again with each SDC cycle.
Cause/Remedy:
Check the SDC encoder interface specific PVs.
